Rascal is not an easy build for a 15' boat. with some wood boats i cringe when paint is involved because the wood "look" is rascal runabout: almost done. Building the rascal then i saw an add in wooden boat magazine for the rascal. not having built a boat before or even seeing plans for a boat it was all.
